Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup mini marshmallows
- 1
- 5 quarts of your favorite ice cream
- Sprinkles and chocolate sauce for garnish
Instructions:
Mix the softened butter, white sugar, and brown sugar together in a bowl until the mixture is smooth
Add the vanilla extract and a little salt, and mix well
Add the all-purpose flour slowly and mix it in until you have cookie dough
Add the mini marshmallows and chocolate chips and mix them in
To make taco shells, take small pieces of cookie dough and press each one into a thin, round shape
For about 10 minutes, or until they are golden brown, bake the cookie dough shells at 350F 175C
Take the shells out of the oven and let them cool all the way down
Put a scoop of your favorite ice cream in each cookie dough shell after it has cooled
Put chocolate sauce on top of the ice cream and then add any sprinkles you like
Enjoy your ice cream tacos with cookie dough shells right away
