Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
Put chicken breasts in a bowl and pour buttermilk over them
Put it in the fridge for at least an hour or overnight to marinate
Gluten-free flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper should all be mixed together in a shallow dish
Take the chicken out of the buttermilk and coat each piece completely in the seasoned flour mixture
Put oil in a big skillet or frying pan and heat it over medium-high heat
Fry the chicken in small groups for 5 to 6 minutes on each side, or until its golden brown and fully cooked
Before putting the chicken on a paper towel-lined plate to drain, take it out of the oil
Enjoy while hot
