Ingredients:
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 cups unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup whole milk
- 5 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- Pink and white food coloring gel
Instructions:
Warm your oven up to 350 F 175C and spray non-stick spray on a big cupcake mold
Put the softened butter and granulated sugar in a large bowl and mix them together until they are light and fluffy
One at a time, add the eggs and beat well after each one
Add the vanilla extract and mix well
Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together in a different bowl
Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing them in with the milk every so often
Start with the dry ingredients and end with the milk
Each half of the batter should be the same size
Mix the cocoa powder into the other part to make the chocolate batter
Leave one part alone
Until you get the color you want, keep adding pink food coloring gel to the vanilla batter
Put the chocolate batter in the bottom half of the cupcake mold and the pink batter in the top half
After the oven is hot, bake it for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean
The giant cupcake should cool in the mold for 15 minutes before being moved to a wire rack to cool all the way down
After the big cupcake is completely cool, you can decorate it with frosting, sprinkles, or anything else you like
