Indulge guilt-free with this creamy and rich chocolate pudding made from nutrient-packed avocados. Its vegan, dairy-free, and absolutely delicious
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or agave nectar
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Optional toppings: sliced strawberries, shredded coconut, chopped nuts
Instructions:
Put the cocoa powder, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract, and salt in a blender or food processor and blend or process until smooth
To make it smooth and creamy, scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed
Taste it, and if you think it needs more sweetness, add more maple syrup
Put the pudding on plates to serve
Place it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to let it set
Serve with your choice of toppings, such as shredded coconut, chopped nuts, sliced strawberries, or something else you like
