Ingredients:
- 1 package of cocktail sausages
- 1 package of refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup of melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon of dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat your air fryer to 350F 175C
Unroll the crescent roll dough and cut it into thin strips
Wrap each cocktail sausage with a strip of dough, creating pigs in blankets
In a small bowl, mix together the grated Parmesan cheese, melted butter, garlic powder, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper
Brush the Parmesan mixture over each pig in a blanket, ensuring they are well coated
Place the pigs in blankets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving some space between them
Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until the pigs in blankets are golden brown and cooked through, turning them halfway through cooking for even browning
Remove from the air fryer and let them cool for a minute before serving
